LemonBooking provides user-friendly online booking systems and websites specifically designed for village halls and other similar community buildings.
Customers can check the availability of your facilities online - without troubling your booking secretary - and submit a booking request using our user-friendly online form. Staff can book on behalf of customers who are unable to book themselves.
Booking requests can be for any private (e.g. a party) or public (e.g. yoga classes) event. You can choose to display public events on the calendar for everyone to see & promote them on social media.
If you have a website you can integrate LemonBooking with just a few lines of code. If you're interested in a new website - that's easy to update - you can use the LemonBooking website editor (CMS) to design and launch a brand new site. The website editor is included in all our plans along with free website hosting. You can also use a custom domain name of your choice (.co.uk .org.uk .com .org .uk).
Pepperton Hall is designed to provide a central meeting point for residents and local groups & charities. Our facilities are available for hire for wedding receptions, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, children's parties, presentations, lectures, fitness groups, and much more.
Using LemonBooking, you can set up an online booking form that matches your current workflow — including requiring customers to make booking requests that need to be approved by staff. You're never going to be stuck with a booking that you can't accommodate at your hall.
You can set up the booking system to automatically notify you each time a customer submits a booking request so you can respond promptly.
You can choose how soon and how far ahead customers can make booking requests and you can easily block out days where you know won't take bookings (Christmas, New Year etc.).
You can generate invoices for your bookings with just a couple of clicks. The LemonBooking system will automatically fill out details for the customer, the booking and your payment details — all you need to do is decide what to bill for.
Most halls have different payment terms for one-off and regular customers. To handle this, you can set up different invoice templates in the booking system for different types of customer.
You can connect your invoice templates to online payment providers (including Stripe & PayPal) to allow your customers to pay online. You can also set a limit for online payments to ensure large invoices are paid by BACS and you can avoid costly percentage-based transaction fees from these third party services.
Multiple staff accounts

You can set a limit for online payments to avoid excessive transaction fees applied by online payment providers for large invoices (e.g. regular bookings).
You can also use PayPal, Stripe & SumUp to automatically return refundable deposits to your customers after a booking has taken place.
