Customers can instantly check the availability of a facility online and make a booking request, saving your booking manager time and effort. Staff can also make bookings on behalf of others, keeping all bookings in one place.
Customers can register as private individuals or groups. For groups, you can associate multiple contacts (such as the primary contact and accounts department) and set up notification preferences accordingly.
