We’re pleased to announce a new partnership with Utility Aid, helping charities and not-for-profit organisations access expert support with energy costs, switching, bill checking, VAT queries, and net zero planning.
Our Xero integration is now officially certified, with faster syncing and an exclusive 90% discount on Xero for six months for LemonBooking venues. We're also introducing Apple Pay and Google Pay payments, alongside other improvements including a QR ticket scanner for faster check-ins, event categorisation tools, and enhanced website analytics.
We’ve partnered with GoCardless to make it easier than ever for venues to collect payments by bank transfer. GoCardless enables fast, secure online bank transfers and Direct Debits – fully integrated into LemonBooking. With GoCardless, there's no need to chase overdue invoices, store details for refunds or match payments to invoices — it all happens automatically.

Today we are releasing a new LemonBooking module for website analytics. You can track visitors, pageviews, popular pages, referrers, average time on site and more. The raw analytics data is collected and stored in a GDPR-compliant manner so you don't need to display a cookie warning/popup to people visiting your site.
The March update for LemonBooking contains a large number of improvements for handling resources (equipment & services people can add to their bookings), a new chart for the occupancy report plus small updates for custom questions and sent emails.
A lot has changed since we started LemonBooking two and a half years ago. Last year, we introduced a new module for online ticket sales and now we're opening up for integrations with smart devices.
Two updates for LemonBooking for November. The first is a new integration for Capita Pay360 which is an online payment processor. This means there are now five different online payment modules that can be connected to the booking system - SumUp, Stripe, GoCardless, PayPal and Pay360.
Three updates again for October. You can now set automatic email reminders for yourself in LemonBooking for customers, bookings and invoices. For example you might remind yourself to send an invoice, to return a deposit or to add more sessions to a regular booking. You will receive an email when the task you've set yourself is due.

Our August software update includes a new, free module — staff rotas. You can use this module to create rotas and assign staff/volunteers to opening, closing & cleaning tasks for each of your booking sessions. You can choose the start and end date for each rota and indicate whether pending booking requests should be included in the schedule.

Continuing on from where we started last month, we have been working on the calendar - this time with a focus on the "agenda" view. We've received a lot of great feedback from customers over the past few months and we've used that as the basis for this month's changes.
Even though LemonBooking has four calendar views (month, agenda, week, day), the majority of our customers use the "Month" view to display availability and keep track of their bookings. Consequently we have received a huge amount of feedback and suggestions for how the view could be improved since we announced an update was planned.
Often when dealing with one-off bookings or new customers, it is necessary to require payment for part of the total in advance. While this has always been possible in LemonBooking, it has previously been a two task process - the booking had to be checked and then an invoice could be generated.
