Fully customisable booking forms

You can now create fully custom booking forms — deciding exactly which fields appear, which facilities can be booked, how customers pay, which email and invoice templates are used, and much more.

You can also run multiple forms per booking system. For example, a simple form with immediate online payment for people booking a tennis court, and a more detailed form (with staff approval) for customers booking your indoor facilities.

New features for ticketing
All plans

If you sell tickets with LemonBooking (or plan to), there are two new features in the Events module.

First, a group email function for quickly contacting everyone who’s bought tickets for an event. Filter recipients by event, order status (paid, unpaid, refunded, and so on) and message type.

Second, a new Ticketing staff role. Give volunteers helping with your event this role and they can process orders and check people in — without access to the rest of the system.

Booking task updates
All plans

Booking tasks are a popular way to build custom workflows for approving new booking requests. This update introduces different workflows for one-off and regular bookings, so you can tailor the approval process to each booking type.

There’s also a new page that shows all your booking tasks in one place, so you can see at a glance what has — and hasn’t — been done. Filter by status (pending, approved, and so on), booking type (single or repeat), and date range.

Tasks can be completed, reset or dismissed directly from the overview.

Custom questions
All plans

You can now create two sub-levels of custom questions. For example: ask whether a customer is booking for a party, then — if “Yes” — ask whether they plan to use a bouncy castle, then — if “Yes” again — ask them to upload their public liability insurance.

Custom questions are your own questions that you can add to booking forms, customer registration pages, contact forms and ticket ordering forms.

A new export option on the Downloads page covers receipts, there’s a shortcut on the bookings list for quickly generating an invoice, and new “relation” options let billing codes match by customer and/or booking category.

If you connect a bookkeeping service, billing codes let you match the things you invoice for in LemonBooking against the accounts in your finance system.

We’ve also added new facility and calendar colours, daily and quarterly membership subscription options, the option to filter work schedules by booking group, and the option to download all the prices on a price list.
