March's release is a mix of brand-new functionality and quality-of-life improvements: a fresh module for venues running regular classes, a help centre we've rebuilt from scratch, two reporting changes that make month-end reconciliation easier, and a handful of smaller upgrades that piled up along the way.
1. Class signups module
The headline of this update — a new module that lets you convert any approved public booking into a class format. Yoga, pilates, dance, tai chi, art clubs, holiday camps: anything where customers sign up to an individual session rather than hiring the whole room.
Pricing is simple: 10p per signup plus your normal payment processor fees. No setup cost, no monthly add-on, available on every plan.
Standard, concession, child, senior — set different prices for the same class.
Sell pre-paid class packs that customers redeem session by session.
Run promotions on specific sessions or whole class series.
Combine with the membership module for reduced or free signups for members.
There's a clever bit of finance plumbing too. If a tutor hires the room and the class signups they take cover the hire cost, the room-hire invoice automatically converts to a credit balance payable back to the instructor — no manual journal, no awkward refund.
- Standard £8.50
- Concession £6.00

2. New help centre
We've rebuilt the help centre from the ground up. The new structure focuses on getting you to the right answer faster:
- Module and settings dependency labels — every article tells you upfront which modules and settings need to be on for the feature to work.
- Screen recordings and code examples alongside the written steps.
- "On this page" summaries for longer topics, split into sections you can jump between.
- Tip of the day on the help centre home, so you stumble across features you didn't know existed.
- 1. Enable the module
- 2. Add your first class
- 3. Set signup tiers
- 4. Test the customer journey
3. Catering schedule
For halls that offer optional catering alongside hires (tea and coffee, sandwich platters, hot buffets), there's now a new schedule type that shows catering items only. Share it with the kitchen team so they know exactly what food and drink to prepare and when — without the noise of the rest of the day's bookings.

4. Transaction fee visibility & reports
Two changes for venues using card payments:
- Per-payment fees — the exact Stripe, PayPal or SumUp transaction fee now shows alongside each recorded payment, with the net amount your bank will receive.
- Dedicated transaction reports — PayPal, SumUp and Stripe each have their own transaction report on the downloads page, so month-end reconciliation against your bank feed takes minutes instead of hours.
- Gross amount £28.00
- Fee · Stripe 1.5% + 20p − £0.42
5. "Due today" invoice status
Invoices that fall due today now carry their own Due today chip on Silver and Gold accounts — picked out in amber on the invoice list so the ones needing a same-day nudge don't blend in with the "Outstanding" pile.

6. Additional enhancements
Three smaller upgrades worth flagging:
- Public holiday cost adjustments — a new condition that lets you charge different rates on bank holidays automatically.
- Weekend email scheduling — queue customer emails to send on a Saturday or Sunday, so they don't all land at 9am Monday.
- Your logo on PDF booking forms — branded PDFs out of the box, instead of a plain template.
That's it for March.
Class signups, the help centre, catering schedule, fee visibility, the public holiday condition, weekend scheduling and the PDF logo are live on every plan. The "Due today" invoice status is on Silver and Gold. Class signups is a new module — switch it on from your admin dashboard if you'd like to try it.
