June update
This month brings a batch of smaller improvements: a new ticketing option, calendar updates, extra export files, custom rota tasks, booking tasks on the Silver and Gold plans, and new report filters. Details below.
New option to limit ticket sales
When you create an event in the ticketing module, you can now set a maximum number of tickets per person. Leave the limit blank and ticket sales aren’t restricted. Here’s how it looks on the order form:
Booking tasks
Bronze plan customers will already know booking tasks well. It’s one of our most popular features, so we’re bringing it to the Silver and Gold plans too. For each booking you process, you can now define a checklist of staff tasks and track progress directly from the bookings page.
Calendar updates
As regular LemonBooking users will already have seen, we added a new styling option to the calendar at the start of the month to highlight pending and provisional bookings. Sessions belonging to these bookings now appear striped on the calendar:
We’ve also made a small tweak to the Day view so it now uses the colours you’ve assigned to each facility.
New export files
Two new Excel export options. The first lets you export answers to your custom questions for bookings and customers, alongside contact details for each respondent. The second is a new export for booking restrictions on the Silver and Gold plans.
Custom rota tasks
If you’ve used the rota module, you’ll know the standard tasks — opening, closing and cleaning. A new settings page now lets you create your own custom tasks for the rota.
Group email limit
The recipient limit for group emails has been increased to 1,000.
Filter reports by customer
You can now filter your occupancy and financial reports by customer.
