September update
More updates for LemonBooking. Today we’re releasing scheduled emails, alongside improvements to email templates, the website contact form, files for resources, bulk invoicing and more. Details below.
Scheduled emails
You can now configure LemonBooking to send emails on your behalf, to both customers and staff. Use scheduled emails to chase overdue invoices, ask for feedback after a booking, send work schedules to staff, email reports to trustees or management, and much more.
Attach documents to email templates
You can now attach documents to email templates and they’ll be included automatically each time the template is used. For example, attach a “Conditions of hire” document to the template used when replying to booking requests, and it goes out with every reply.
Updates for the website contact form
The website contact form now supports custom questions and user-defined subject lines, giving you much more control over how customers submit requests and the information they provide.
Membership application form
The membership module now includes a public application form you can display on your website. Existing customers can apply for membership in a couple of clicks; new customers can register and apply by providing a few extra details. The form also supports custom questions, so you can tailor it to your venue’s needs.
Improvements for bulk invoicing
Bulk invoicing now respects the “Multiple bookings on one invoice” system setting, so you can generate consolidated weekly, monthly or quarterly invoices for customers running several bookings at once.
Files for resources
You can now upload files against resources (equipment and services), and the documents will be attached automatically when you approve a booking that includes the resource. A good example is instructions for an audio system — How to connect your phone, iPad, etc.
Thanks to everyone who fed back on this update.
