Is LemonBooking suitable for a volunteer-run committee?

Yes — LemonBooking is designed for committees and trustees with no IT staff. Multi-user access with simple admin / editor permissions, plus we do the initial setup for you so nobody has to start with a blank screen.

Can we accept online payments?

Yes — connect SumUp, Stripe, or PayPal. Customers pay from a link on their invoice; no LemonBooking account needed. Card fees are paid to the provider; we don't add anything on top.

Can two people manage bookings at once?

Yes — set up as many staff accounts as you like with admin or editor roles. Every change is logged, so you can see who approved or declined each booking.
