We'll use the information you provide below to set up your trial system. All the details you provide now can be changed later if needed — we just want to give you the best possible starting point. At the end of your trial period, you can choose to convert the trial system into a live system.

This form takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you don't have time or you are unsure about what details you need to provide, we recommend you start by or sending us a message. The trial includes:

Free use of all features and modules.
Customer support via email Mon-Fri, 9am to 4pm (UK).
No unexpected charges when your trial ends.
No credit card required.

Is LemonBooking the right choice for you?

LemonBooking works best for venues that offer exclusive space hire — where a room, sports facility or outdoor space is booked by one customer at a time, such as:

Community centres and village halls.
Sports facilities and clubs.
Meeting rooms and function rooms.
Parks and outdoor spaces (hired exclusively).

It is not suitable for venues that offer shared or continuous access, such as:

Swimming pools, gyms, co-working spaces, cafés.
Hotels, hostels, holiday lets (e.g. overnight accommodation).

More than one venue?

It is only possible to request one trial per organisation. If you plan to run multiple LemonBooking systems please enter details for your largest venue. The trial can then be used as a template to create additional systems if you decide to subscribe.
