Price for 1 system with 8 facilities on the silver plan (Billed annually in GBP).

VAT will be applied to subscriptions using the reverse charge mechanism. If you are VAT registered, you will need to account for the resulting VAT liability on your VAT return. If you are not VAT registered, you do not need to declare or pay VAT. However, you should be aware that the VAT liability counts towards your own VAT registration turnover threshold.

4. Training

No training Many of our customers use LemonBooking without any formal training. You can still access our help centre and dedicated customer support: support@lemonbooking.com

Silver online training (£195) Online training (Zoom/Teams) is organised into two sessions of two hours each. We will cover setting up your system and day-to-day management tasks such as bookings, invoicing & payments.

You may also record the training sessions.

Face-to-face training (£295)* We can provide a half-day face-to-face training session and set up support for up to three people **. This also includes three months telephone support to ensure you get off to a smooth start.

VAT is not charged on this training package

* A mileage/travel charge will also be applied. We will get in touch to confirm the availability and cost (including mileage) of face-to-face training as soon as possible.

** Sessions for more than three people can be arranged on request.

5. Website setup

Use default template Use the default LemonBooking template for your booking system and website. You can still customise the colours, style and layout using the website editor.

Custom website setup (£40 p/h) All LemonBooking plans include a default website template. If there are elements on your current site you'd like to retain, or if you have ideas for a new website, we can assist by creating a bespoke template using your content, logo, colours, font, and brand style.
